The appetizer:

Keesha QUICHE

18 slices of bacon (well fried and crumbled) 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese, 1 / 3 cup finely chopped onion, ½ cup of Italian seasoning, 2 cups milk, ½ cup Bisquick, 6 eggs, salt and pepper can be used as desired.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease a 10 inch pie plate. Lay or sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion pie on the bottom plate. Put the remaining ingredients in a blender and mixhigh for 1 minute. Pour the ingredients into the pan. Bake until browned (45 to 60 minutes - enough to see).

The Soup:

Working women Chowder

2 cans chopped clams 12 ounces, 2 Qt. clam juice, chopped 5 slices bacon, 1 onion, finely chopped 6 white potatoes - cooked and cubed 2 cups milk, 1 cup cream, 3 tablespoons. Flour.

Fry bacon and onions in a pot - not brown. Add the cooked potatoes and remove from heat, then add the milk andCream. Heat again, but only to bring to a boil. Thicken with flour if necessary.

The main course:

PASTA VERMICHELLI garlic and butter

6 cloves garlic, 8 ounces of butter, 1 tsp. Onion salt, 1 cup of grated cheese, 1 cup of chopped parsley, 1 package of noodles.

Garlic cut into small pieces. Melt the butter and cook onions with salt and garlic for 5 minutes. Cook and drain pasta and pour the garlic butter sauce in a saucepan and cook for 2 minutes, addCheese and parsley flakes. MAMMA MIA!

Bread, rolls, pastries, or:

Egg pasta cherry pie

½ pound egg noodles end, 12 eggs, lightly beaten, ¼ pound of butter ½ cup sugar, 1 condensed milk, 1 tsp. cinnamon, vanilla, 1 cup milk, 2 cups of cherries, chopped ½ cup.

Cook noodles and drain. Melt the butter in the dough. Stir in all remaining ingredients, except cherries and cinnamon. Mix well and spread in a fountainButter 1 ½ x 2 x 13 glass baking dish. Put cherries on top and sprinkle them with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.

L ', cake or sweet biscuits:

Banana cake

1 ½ cups sugar, 1 cup shortening, 2 eggs, 2 cups flour, 1 tsp. Baking powder, ½ tsp. Salt, ¼ cup milk 1 ½ cups mashed bananas 1 tsp. vanilla ¼ tsp. Baking powder.

Mix cream, sugar, eggs and shortening. Add the other ingredients.Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

Let rest 5 minutes before cutting.
